PICKING UP TICKETS

• Tickets will be held at the box office to be picked up the night of the event, beginning 1 hour before matinees and 2 hours before showtime for all other shows. In order to claim tickets, the ticket holder must present the email confirmation or a picture ID. FIRST and LAST name on the tickets must match the form of ID.


• All tickets are subject to expire 30 minutes before showtime. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than 30 minutes before showtime, please call the box office at 317.349.4800 to let them know.


• If you need to change the name on your tickets, please contact the box office via phone at 317.349.4800 no later than 24 hours before showtime.


• LATE ARRIVALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED SEATS AND ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

SEATING

• Seating will begin 45 minutes before showtime.


• In order for your party to be seated, you must go into the showroom as a group. We will only seat complete groups.


• If you've purchased Reserved tickets and wish to sit with another group* who purchased Reserved tickets separately, please contact our box office (via phone at 215.496.9001 or via Livechat on the website) with ALL order numbers no later than 24 hours before showtime.
  *Please Note: We do not guarantee group seating for Reserved groups who have purchased separately and have not completed this process. In addition, due to local capacity mandates, some restrictions apply.

TICKET PROTECTION

• If you've added Ticket Protection to your ticket order and are unable to attend your show, email protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order information no less than 24 hours before showtime to receive a venue credit.
  Please Note: Cancelation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.

WHERE CAN I EAT?

• In our showroom! Our full food and drink menu will be available on the night of your show. Our servers will be happy to provide you with any of our delicious bites, homespun cocktails, and frosty brews.
  Please Note: There is a two-item minimum required per person while you are seated in the showroom. Food and drink purchased at our bar and lounge before the show do not count towards this minimum.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING:

• Helium is located in the Circle Centre Mall at the corner of Georgia and Meridian Streets. You can access the box office via the Georgia St. mall entrance.


• We are easily accessible by public transportation! Visit indygo.net for schedules and more information.


• Taking an Uber or Lyft? Enter Helium Comedy Club as your destination.


• Driving to the venue? Convenient parking is available on the street or in the Circle Centre Mall Blue Garage. You can access this lot on W. Georgia Street, halfway between Meridian and Illinois streets.
